VBA Shooting Machine Membership Program
Maximize your reps, refine your shot, and elevate your performance with the Shooting Machine Membership at Valley Basketball Academy. This program provides structured access to our state-of-the-art shooting machine, customized for each athlete and tracked for measurable progress.

Program Overview

One-Time Setup Fee: $49
Includes player profile setup, personalized programming, and ongoing shot tracking.
VBA AAU Members: Setup fee is waived with a 3-month or longer membership.

Membership Options

• Month-to-Month: $195/month

• 3-Month Plan: $150/month

• 6-Month Plan: $125/month

Scheduling & Session Access

• Monthly calendars will be released for advanced booking.

• Each appointment is designed as an individual session to allow for personalized reps and accurate stat tracking.

Training with a Friend – What You Need to Know

While all appointments are booked as single-person sessions, two athletes may share a time slot only if both are active members. Follow these steps:

1. Each Athlete Must Have an Active Membership
   – No sharing allowed. Both participants must be current, paying members.
   – This ensures individualized tracking and fair system use.

2. One Member Books the Time
   – Log in and schedule the desired session.

3. Second Member Must Contact Staff Directly
   – The second athlete must email or message staff to be manually added to the same appointment.
   – This ensures both profiles are properly loaded and data is tracked individually.

4. Limit: Two Athletes Per Session
   – Sessions are capped at two members maximum, and only when both are officially scheduled.
   – If only one athlete is listed or the second doesn’t contact staff in advance, the session remains a solo workout.

❗ Unregistered guests or walk-ins will not be permitted to join a scheduled session under any circumstances.

❌ Cancellation & No-Show Policy

To ensure fair and consistent access for all members:

• Cancellations must be made at least 12 hours in advance.

• After 3 no-shows within a 90-day period, the member’s ability to book in advance will be suspended for 90 days.

• Repeated no-shows may result in termination of membership privileges.
