VVA Spring Break All-Skills Volleyball Camp

Join us for VVA’s Spring Break All-Skills Camp, the ultimate opportunity for 3rd-8th grade boys and girls to improve their volleyball game in a fun and competitive environment! Taking place April 14-17 from 1:30-3:30 PM, this camp is designed to help players sharpen their skills, gain confidence, and develop a deeper understanding of the game.

Athletes will focus on serving, passing, setting, attacking, and defense through skill-building drills tailored to their age and experience level. Our experienced coaching staff will guide players through engaging drills, game-like situations, and team play, ensuring a challenging yet supportive experience for everyone.

Whether you're new to the game or looking to refine your technique, this camp provides the perfect balance of instruction, competition, and fun. In addition to skill development, athletes will build teamwork, leadership, and sportsmanship while making new friends along the way.

Cancellation policy

Cancellation/Refund Policy

Our cancellation and refund policy is designed to give clear guidelines on how cancellations, refunds, and changes are handled for all our athletic programs and events. This policy ensures fairness and transparency for both our participants and the organization.

Participant-Initiated Cancellations:

  • Participants wishing to cancel must notify Valley Athletics in writing via email.

  • Cancellations received after the first payment is made for a club team will not be eligible for a refund.

  • Cancellations made 2 weeks or more prior to the event or service start date will receive a 100% refund.

  • Cancellations made 1 week prior to the event or service start date will receive a 50% refund.

  • Cancellations made less than 1 week prior to the event or service start date are non-refundable.

  • All refunds will be subject to a deduction of our $10 Administration Fee.

Other Refund Policies

  • Failure to attend a camp/clinic without notification will result in no refund or credit.

  • Refund Processing: Refunds will be processed within [30] days of the cancellation request and issued to the original payment method.

Non-Refundable Fees

  • All registrations are subject to a non-refundable $10 administrative fee.

Changes to Registration

  • Participants may change their registration to a different program or session, subject to availability, up to [15] days before the program start date. A [$25] change fee will apply.

  • Changes are not permitted less than [15] days before the program start date.

Organization-Initiated Cancellations:

  • In the event that Valley Athletics cancels a program or event due to circumstances such as weather conditions, low enrollment, or other unforeseen issues, participants will be notified immediately and given the option for a full refund or credit towards a future program.

This policy may be updated or revised at any time. Participants will be notified of significant changes through email or on our website.
