Volley Tots Camp at Valley Volleyball Academy is the perfect way for your little one to learn and love the game of volleyball in a fun, non-competitive environment!

Dates: April 14th-17th
Time: 11:30 AM - 1:00 PM

This 4-day camp is designed for boys and girls in TK-2nd grade, featuring 1.5-hour sessions filled with engaging drills, fun games, and skill-building activities led by our incredible coaching staff!

Parents, want to be part of the action? You’re welcome to join in and help your little one learn or drop them off to enjoy the experience independently.

Cancellation policy

Cancellation/Refund Policy

Our cancellation and refund policy is designed to give clear guidelines on how cancellations, refunds, and changes are handled for all our athletic programs and events. This policy ensures fairness and transparency for both our participants and the organization.

Participant-Initiated Cancellations:

  • Participants wishing to cancel must notify Valley Athletics in writing via email.

  • Cancellations received after the first payment is made for a club team will not be eligible for a refund.

  • Cancellations made 2 weeks or more prior to the event or service start date will receive a 100% refund.

  • Cancellations made 1 week prior to the event or service start date will receive a 50% refund.

  • Cancellations made less than 1 week prior to the event or service start date are non-refundable.

  • All refunds will be subject to a deduction of our $10 Administration Fee.

Other Refund Policies

  • Failure to attend a camp/clinic without notification will result in no refund or credit.

  • Refund Processing: Refunds will be processed within [30] days of the cancellation request and issued to the original payment method.

Non-Refundable Fees

  • All registrations are subject to a non-refundable $10 administrative fee.

Changes to Registration

  • Participants may change their registration to a different program or session, subject to availability, up to [15] days before the program start date. A [$25] change fee will apply.

  • Changes are not permitted less than [15] days before the program start date.

Organization-Initiated Cancellations:

  • In the event that Valley Athletics cancels a program or event due to circumstances such as weather conditions, low enrollment, or other unforeseen issues, participants will be notified immediately and given the option for a full refund or credit towards a future program.

Policy Updates

This policy may be updated or revised at any time. Participants will be notified of significant changes through email or on our website.

By registering for a program at Valley Athletics, participants acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined in this cancellation and refund policy.
