For Boys & Girls in TK–3rd Grade

Join us at Valley Volleyball Academy for our Volley Tots Camp, a fun and engaging 2-day introduction to volleyball! This non-competitive camp is perfect for young athletes just getting started. Through age-appropriate drills, exciting games, and lots of movement, kids will learn the basics of volleyball in a positive and encouraging environment.

  • Open to TK–3rd grade boys and girls

  • Focus on fundamentals, teamwork, and fun

  • Parents are welcome to participate or drop off

  • Led by our enthusiastic and experienced coaching staff

Whether it’s their first time on the court or they just love to play, Volley Tots is the perfect way to spark a love for the game!


Cancellation policy

Cancellation/Refund Policy

Our cancellation and refund policy is designed to give clear guidelines on how cancellations, refunds, and changes are handled for all our athletic programs and events. This policy ensures fairness and transparency for both our participants and the organization.

Participant-Initiated Cancellations:

  • Participants wishing to cancel must notify Valley Athletics in writing via email.

  • Cancellations received after the first payment is made for a club team will not be eligible for a refund.

  • Cancellations made 2 weeks or more prior to the event or service start date will receive a 100% refund.

  • Cancellations made 1 week prior to the event or service start date will receive a 50% refund.

  • Cancellations made less than 1 week prior to the event or service start date are non-refundable.

  • All refunds will be subject to a deduction of our $10 Administration Fee.

Other Refund Policies

  • Failure to attend a camp/clinic without notification will result in no refund or credit.

  • Refund Processing: Refunds will be processed within [30] days of the cancellation request and issued to the original payment method.

Non-Refundable Fees

  • All registrations are subject to a non-refundable $10 administrative fee.

Changes to Registration

  • Participants may change their registration to a different program or session, subject to availability, up to [15] days before the program start date. A [$25] change fee will apply.

  • Changes are not permitted less than [15] days before the program start date.

Organization-Initiated Cancellations:

  • In the event that Valley Athletics cancels a program or event due to circumstances such as weather conditions, low enrollment, or other unforeseen issues, participants will be notified immediately and given the option for a full refund or credit towards a future program.

Policy Updates

This policy may be updated or revised at any time. Participants will be notified of significant changes through email or on our website.

By registering for a program at Valley Athletics, participants acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined in this cancellation and refund policy.
