Boys College Coaches Camp – August 2–3, 2025 (Class of 2026-2030)
Location: Valley Athletics
Train with top college coaches from across competitive levels at our Boys College Coaches Camp, happening Saturday and Sunday, August 2–3. Built for athletes in the graduating classes of 2026–2030, this two-day camp is designed to develop your game and put you directly in front of college coaches who are actively recruiting.
This isn’t just a skills clinic—it’s a true recruiting environment where coaches are scouting for future roster spots. Expect elite-level reps, hands-on instruction, and the opportunity to showcase your game in a competitive setting.
Camp Schedule:
Saturday, August 2
9:00 AM – 12:00 PM | On-court training
12:00 PM – 12:30 PM | Lunch break (bring your own)
12:30 PM – 3:30 PM | Position training & competitive play
Sunday, August 3
9:00 AM – 12:00 PM | Final training sessions & wrap-up

Our cancellation and refund policy is designed to give clear guidelines on how cancellations, refunds, and changes are handled for all our athletic programs and events. This policy ensures fairness and transparency for both our participants and the organization.
Participant-Initiated Cancellations:
Participants wishing to cancel must notify Valley Athletics in writing via email.
Cancellations received after the first payment is made for a club team will not be eligible for a refund.
Cancellations made 2 weeks or more prior to the event or service start date will receive a 100% refund.
Cancellations made 1 week prior to the event or service start date will receive a 50% refund.
Cancellations made less than 1 week prior to the event or service start date are non-refundable.
All refunds will be subject to a deduction of our $10 Administration Fee.
Other Refund Policies
Failure to attend a camp/clinic without notification will result in no refund or credit.
Refund Processing: Refunds will be processed within [30] days of the cancellation request and issued to the original payment method.
Non-Refundable Fees
All registrations are subject to a non-refundable $10 administrative fee.
Changes to Registration
Participants may change their registration to a different program or session, subject to availability, up to [15] days before the program start date. A [$25] change fee will apply.
Changes are not permitted less than [15] days before the program start date.
Organization-Initiated Cancellations:
In the event that Valley Athletics cancels a program or event due to circumstances such as weather conditions, low enrollment, or other unforeseen issues, participants will be notified immediately and given the option for a full refund or credit towards a future program.
Policy Updates
This policy may be updated or revised at any time. Participants will be notified of significant changes through email or on our website.

By registering for a program at Valley Athletics, participants acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined in this cancellation and refund policy.
