Instructions for Athletes Attending the All-Sports PE Program
Welcome to the Valley Athletics All-Sports PE Program! To ensure you have a great experience, please read the following guidelines and prepare accordingly for your sessions.
What to Bring:
Athletic Shoes: Please wear comfortable, non-marking athletic shoes suitable for running, jumping, and quick movements on indoor courts.
Water Bottle: Stay hydrated! Bring a water bottle to refill during breaks.
Appropriate Clothing: Wear comfortable, breathable athletic attire that allows for full movement. Layers are recommended in case of temperature changes.
Sport-Specific Gear (Optional): If you have your own equipment (e.g., volleyball, pickleball paddle), feel free to bring it. However, we will provide all necessary equipment during the sessions.
Positive Attitude: Be ready to learn, have fun, and work as a team!
Additional Notes:
- Arrive 10-15 minutes early to check in and warm up.
- Sessions are 1.5 hours long, so ensure you are properly fueled with a snack beforehand.
- Parents/guardians are welcome to watch or pick up promptly after the session ends.
