U14 Valley Elite Training

This exclusive training program is only for VVA players who were part of the U14 teams last season (11s-14s teams, All Levels). Led by experienced VVA coaches, this specialized team training is designed for the highest level of play in the Valley for this age group. It offers a valuable opportunity for additional practice leading into tryouts, helping players continue to develop their skills and knowledge of the game.

The sessions will feature intensive position-specific work and dynamic 6-on-6 team play, led by our director, Sarah Cranek. The training sessions will emulate a standard VVA practice with a focused theme each day, incorporating small group activities and competitive 6-on-6 games. Players will experience mixed lineups and rotate through different teams, ensuring varied and comprehensive development.

Separate courts will be available for U12 and U13-U14 players, accommodating the higher net and different ball used by the older age group.

Schedule:

• Sundays: 1:30-3:30 pm
• Dates: Sept 8, 15, 22, 29, Oct 6, Oct 13, Oct 20 (6-8 pm)

Cost: $50 per session
