Shooting Lab (4th-8th Grade Boys & Girls)

This program continues to refine fundamental skills while introducing more advanced concepts. Players will work on shooting drills and skills. Players will be grouped by skill level to ensure all players of all levels progress and get better!

Session outlook:

• 10 minutes -Coordination Warm Up Exercises

• 25 Minutes - Shooting Skill Instruction

• 25 Minutes - Drills and Competitive Games

*4 players minimum for session to occur
