Terms and conditions for VVA Girls 14 National Team 2024-2025
We the parents/guardians of have read the Parent/Player Manual information concerning the policies of Valley Basketball Academy. We agree, that having been selected to a team, to allow our child to become a member of Valley Basketball Academy for the 2024 season. We have read the material provided and understand the time commitment involved in practice and competition. We have reviewed the fee schedule of this agreement and understand that all fees must be paid in full regardless of the duration of participation by the individual. There are no refunds, this is because membership in Valley Basketball Academy is limited, and others were denied a position by your acceptance of a position on a specific team. Understanding the stipulations, we agree to and will support him/her participation in The Valley Basketball Academy.
Waiver of Liability and Payment Schedules
The undersigned player and parent/guardian hereafter designated as members, agree to accept membership in The Valley Basketball Academy for the 2024 Summer AAU season. Member agrees that The Valley Basketball Academy, owners, employees and staff members shall not be liable for the damages arising from personal injury sustained by the member and/or guest(s), on or about the premises of the said facilities or by participation in events The Valley Basketball Academy. The amount of the payment, together with any and all sums as are herein agreed to be paid via Pike 13.
In the event of default, if this obligation is referred to our attorney, and/or collection agency, the parent/legal guardian of the club member agrees to pay, over and above their liabilities reasonable attorney fees, court cost and collection cost. I have read, and fully understand the terms of The Valley Basketball Academy Player Contract and Participation Agreement. My signature above and below is an affirmation that my child will abide by the rules & policies set forth in the Parent/Player Manual.
I have read and promise to abide by the Player/Parent Manual and Zero Tolerance Policy, as well as other policies set forth by AAU.
